Our second opportunity to illustrate what Hi-Fidelity actually means! Ironically Pissed Off is meant to be a Cream Ale and was quite popular when we first released it. We set out to make another batch of this beer, but we inadvertently underpitched our yeast for this batch (still working on getting a lab set up for cell counts), which is another stress scenario for yeast, causing it to release more esters and fruit flavors. What we were left with was a Hefeweizen up front with a dry Saison finish, that just so happens to use the same recipe as our Cream Ale!

While this beer is totally tasty, it wasn’t what we set out to do, so it will live on our Lo-Fidelity tap system at a reduced price until it’s gone! If it’s super popular, maybe we’ll intentionally brew a batch and add it to the Hi-Fidelity lineup, but for now, it’s yours to enjoy and learn from!
