Our first opportunity to illustrate what Hi-Fidelity actually means! Just Sound is meant to be a British Ordinary Bitter and was quite popular during our first weeks of being open. We set out to make another batch of this beer, but we had some equipment fail during fermentation, which allowed this batch to ferment at a slightly higher temperature than normal, causing the yeast to release more esters and fruit flavors. What we were left with was a Saison brewed with the same recipe as our Ordinary Bitter!

While this beer is totally tasty, it wasn’t what we set out to do, so it will live on our Lo-Fidelity tap system at a reduced price until it’s gone! If it’s super popular, maybe we’ll intentionally brew a batch and add it to the Hi-Fidelity lineup, but for now, it’s yours to enjoy!
